​Denso injector remanufacture

​The process of repairing an injector proceeds through a number of specific stages:
1. Disassembling the injector and assessing the damage and condition of the individual parts.
2. selection of appropriate replacement parts and determination of the exact cost of repair.
3. thorough cleaning of the injector components using an ultrasonic cleaner.
4. Replacement of worn parts and sealing elements.
5. Reassembly of the injector, its adjustment and precise calibration.

​The price of repairing the Denso injector is €85 excl. VAT. The scope of the basic repair includes: testing of the injector, replacement of the nozzle (injection tip), replacement of the coil o-ring, calibration of the injector (3rd phase), test with a protocol and coding of the injector in case it is required.

Sometimes the injector additionally requires replacement of the bypass valve. In such a case, the repair price is higher by €20 excl. VAT

In the case of Denso injector with cable number 23670-26011 (replacement numbers: 295900-0110, 095000-5800, DCRI200110, 23670-0R040, 23670-26020), the regeneration price is €190 excl. VAT
