We specialise in the regeneration of Siemens VDO unit injectors for VW, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT, 2.0 TDI for 140 and 170 hp engines. We also repair unit injectors from Bosch.
The repair process is carried out according to the repair technology and each pump injector is thoroughly tested for leakage, flow and dosage in different ranges. We attach the test protocol to each repaired component. We provide a one-year warranty with no mileage limit. We service orders from all over Europe.
The price for the regeneration of Siemens VDO pump injectors is €123 excl VAT. The price quoted applies to repair on the customer's unit. It is possible to purchase a reconditioned Siemens unit injector - please contact us by phone to determine availability.

The repair process consists of four stages.
In the first stage, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and tested on an EPS EVO1.
In the second stage, we disassemble the pump injector into its first parts and visually assess it with a microscope. We then check mechanically for tip crunching, examination of the memory unit, etc.
In the third stage, we replace damaged and worn parts, re-examine mechanically and set pressures.
In the fourth and final stage, we test the pump unit for performance (power measurement) and on the simulator for correction measurement, BIP testing.
Yes, only one unit injector can be replaced if it is damaged or is not working properly, while the other injectors are in good condition. This practice is relatively common and can be a an economical solution when only one of the unit injector shows signs of damage or wear.
If this is the case, it is worth checking the other injectors for wear and performance. Unit injectors showing high wear may not work well with a fully operational remanufactured unit injector.
Fuel contamination: Contaminants in the fuel, such as water, dirt, rust or other impurities, can cause rapid mechanical wear, corrosion and blockage of the precision components of the unit injectors.
Poor fuel quality: Using low-quality fuel that does not meet the standards set by the vehicle manufacturer can lead to damage to the unit's pump injectors. Poor quality fuel can contain chemical compounds that adversely affect the injector components.
Mechanical wear: Natural mechanical wear associated with age and high vehicle mileage can lead to damage to the injector injectors. Components such as bearings, seals or precision parts can become worn.
Inadequate maintenance: Failure to change the engine oil and filters (oil and fuel) regularly can lead to accelerated wear and damage to the unit injectors. Engine oil plays an important role in lubricating and cooling the injector components.
Incorrect fuel pressure: Problems with the fuel system that lead to incorrect fuel pressure can damage the injector injectors. Both too low and too high pressure can be damaging.
Thermal damage: High operating temperatures, especially when combined with low oil levels or incorrect oil specifications, can cause thermal damage to the unit injector components.
