​The pump repair process consists of several steps:
1. Disassembly of the pump into parts and verification of damage and wear of individual components.
2. Selection of parts and valuation of repair (at this stage we contact the customer to confirm the cost and date of repair).
3. Replacement of worn parts and seals.
4. Assembly of pump.
5. Machine test.

​The price of pump repair depends on the damage and the degree of wear of the individual parts. Each pump is subject to individual pricing after disassembly and damage verification.

Properly performed reconditioning restores the original operating parameters of a new pump. The price of remanufacturing is much lower than buying a new one.

​Professionally performed reconditioning, using original spare parts and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, can significantly extend the life of the pump and restore its near-new condition.

Factors affecting the life of a remanufactured CR pump:

Operating conditions: Regular operation of the vehicle, avoiding extreme operating conditions and allowing adequate time for the engine to warm up and cool down can positively affect the life of the pump.

Maintenance: Regularly changing engine oil, filters and following service recommendations are key to keeping the CR pump and the entire fuel system in good condition.

Fuel: Using good quality fuel and avoiding contaminants can prevent premature wear of the pump.
