​Delphi injector remanufacturing

​The reconditioning process consists of 6 stages:
1. Disassembling the injector into individual components and checking for damage and wear on the parts.
2. Selection of new parts and cost estimate for repairing the injector (at this point we consult the exact price and repair time with the customer).
3. Cleaning of the injector components in an ultrasonic cleaner.
4. Replacement of parts and seals.
5. Installation, adjustment and calibration of the injector.
6. Performance tests on the machine.

​The cost of repairing a DELPHI injector is €80 excl. VAT. The basic repair includes: injector test, replacement nozzle (injection tip), replacement of the coil o-ring, calibration
injector phase 3, injector test with a protocol and coding injector in the event that this is required.

In some situations, an extended repair is also necessary, which increases the repair price by PLN €20 excl. VAT.

The quoted rate applies to services performed on injectors supplied by the customer. We also offer the possibility of purchasing remanufactured Delphi injectors. We encourage you to contact us by phone to check availability.

​The estimated price range for the service of replacing injectors by a mechanic oscillates between €15 and €25.

However, it should be borne in mind that the final amount for a comprehensive injector replacement service may be higher and depends on various aspects, such as: the type and model of the vehicle, specifics of the engine, the type of injectors used, the scope of work involved in the disassembly and availability of necessary spare parts.
