We remanufacture injectors from companies: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens VDO for cars, vans and trucks. We repair injectors Common Rail, piezo, mechanical injectors.
Regeneration of injectors is carried out using technologically advanced tools and machines. We use the regeneration procedures proposed
by the component manufacturer. Each injector is thoroughly tested on a specialised machine, and we attach the results of these tests in the form of a protocol confirming the full efficiency of the part. We provide a one-year warranty without mileage limit! We also carry out orders by mail order from all over Europe.
The repair process consists of several steps:
1. disassembly of the injector into parts and verification of their damage.
2. selection of parts and pricing of injector repair
3. Cleaning of the injector in an ultrasonic cleaner
4. replacement of worn parts and seals.
5. injector assembly, adjustment and calibration (so-called phase 3).
6. machine test.
*New injector code assigned if necessary.
The price of repairing the Bosch injector is €85 excl. VAT. The scope of the basic repair includes: test of the injector, replacement of the nozzle (injection tip), replacement of the inner seal, replacement of the coil o-ring, calibration of the injector phase 3, test of the injector with a protocol and coding of the injector in case it is required.
Sometimes the injector additionally requires the valve set to be replaced. In such a case, the repair price increases by €20 excl. VAT.
The price given concerns the repair on the customer's injector. It is possible to purchase a reconditioned Bosch injector - please contact us by phone to determine availability.
A well-executed remanufacture restores performance to the same extent as a new injector. Using genuine replacement parts and high-tech procedures, the injectors achieve a service life similar to that of new components.
It is important that regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle, including the cleanliness of the fuel and fuel system, is carried out after the injectors have been remanufactured. Maintaining proper fuel quality and avoiding contaminants can significantly extend the life of remanufactured injectors. In addition, proper vehicle operation, avoiding excessive engine load and regular maintenance are key to maximising the life of all components, including the injectors.
Decrease in engine power: If you notice that your car is not responding as well to the accelerator pedal as before or is struggling to reach previously available speeds, this could be a sign that the injectors are not delivering the right amount of fuel.
Increased fuel consumption: Faulty injectors can deliver too much or too little fuel into the combustion chamber, leading to inefficient combustion and increased fuel consumption.
Uneven engine running: If the engine runs unevenly, especially at idle, this may indicate a problem with the injectors delivering fuel evenly.
Engine starting problems: Difficulty starting the engine, especially in cold weather, may be caused by faulty injectors that are not delivering the correct amount of fuel.
Smoke from the tailpipe: Excessive smoke, especially if it is black (indicating excess fuel) or white (indicating unburned fuel), can be a signal of injection problems.
Check Engine: If the Check Engine light comes on, it can be caused by a number of problems, including injector failure. Computer diagnostics can help determine if the problem is with the injectors.
Fuel leaks: Fuel leaks around the injectors are a clear sign that they need repair or replacement.
